Below you will find a link to the 2020 Scholarship Application. Please note that the PDF is an online form that should be completed electronically. Please do NOT fill it out by hand. Please send the completed PDF along with all other necessary documents to:   campstpaul@goarch.org

STEP ONE

Download and Save the Form.

STEP TWO

Refer to "Checklist" on the first page of the form, and Fill out the Form and Sign Electronically

STEP THREE

After you complete the form, Save the file as: "Lastname-Firstname-Scholarship"

STEP FOUR

Send the completed packet via Email.

​

Applications are due no later than April 30th, 2020.

Late applications will NOT be considered by the Application Committee.
