An Important Notice About Camp Registration

 

Greetings parents and campers! We are very excited about this years camping season and look forward to seeing everybody at camp!

 

Registration Cost per session: $730

 

Holdover Cost: $60

 

Full Registration:  Full participation in the daily program, use of the full site, and meals. 

 

Holdover Cost: This is the cost of each overnight stay, Sunday in to Monday for campers that are staying more than one week. This amount will be assessed depending on how many weeks a camper will be staying with us. For example, if a camper stays with us weeks 1 and 2, there will be one holdover evening that will be added. If a camper stays with us weeks 1, 2, and 3, there will be two holdover costs added in addition to the registration cost per session.

In order to complete your registration online, the parent or legal guardian will need to input all pertinent camper information. At the time of registration, a non-refundable deposit of $300 must be made in order to secure your campers' spot. The balance must be collected by June 1st, 2017.  

We are using a new registration system that will streamline the process of collecting camper data, payment, and the various additional forms.  The majority of the information will be completed online, and any additional paper forms can be faxed to us directly @ (347) 229-1927.

Please remember your username/login information because after the initial registration of your camper, you will need to log back in and complete the remaining forms, such as health history form, immunization, medical information among others.

 

If the week of your choice is sold out and you wish to be put on a waiting list, you will still register online though the system.  We will notify you if there is any cancellations or movement to other weeks.
